Description
The Midwest Industries Combat Rail M-LOK Lightweight is a 14-inch free-float handguard for the AR-15 platform, designed to give a rifle a slim, lightweight forend with mounting options along its length. It attaches to the free-float barrel nut and keeps the handguard from contacting the barrel.
The handguard is machined from 6061 aluminum with a Type 3 hardcoat anodized black finish. Its 4140 steel torque plate is heat treated to hold the handguard in place during installation. The forend has M-LOK slots on four sides and a five-slot polymer M-LOK rail, and it includes two integral anti-rotation QD sling sockets. The edges are dehorned and deburred.
The barrel nut, screws, and barrel nut wrench are included, so the handguard can be installed without additional parts.
