Description
The Midwest Industries Extended Handguard Sight System is a black aluminum handguard with an integrated sighting system, designed for the Smith & Wesson Model 1854. It replaces the factory sighting setup with a steel ghost ring rear sight and a steel front post for target acquisition.
The rear ghost ring offers windage and elevation adjustment for zeroing at different ammunition and distances. The handguard is machined from 6061 aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish and measures 13.625 inches long and 1.640 inches wide. A full-length top Picatinny rail and a 5-slot M-LOK side section provide mounting options for optics, lights, lasers and other accessories.
A forward sling swivel accepts conventional sling types. An adjustment tool for zeroing the sights is included.
