The My Medic Sidekick First Aid Pouch is a compact and portable option for a wide range of minor everyday injuries in any environment. The Sidekick is designed to be a comprehensive stand-alone first aid solution but also makes a great on-the-go addition to your heavier and bulkier MyFAK kit. The Sidekick features a tear-away Velcro back panel that can be removed and left at home if not needed to save on weight and bulk in your pack. Once the back panel is removed an integrated strap system attached to the pouch can be used to carry the Sidekick from the truck or basecamp into the backcountry when you can&';t afford to move the patient or run out of supplies from your Hiker Medic Pack.
