The Ascend Phoenix Left Hand 338ARC PistolThe right-hand Ascend Phoenix was our first complete rifle built on Next Level Armament's revised Ascend Armory billet sets, but demand for a left-hand AR15 platform became obvious after the overwhelming success of our Ascend 308 Left-Hand ambidextrous rifle and receiver sets. Therefore, we created the Ascend Phoenix Left-Hand receivers specifically for left-handed operators.Changes Made for the Left-Handed OperatorWhile the Ascend Phoenix LH receivers still feature ambidextrous controls similar to the right-hand Ascend Phoenix, we relocated the components to deliver a more comfortable and easier to use setup. Further more, by reversing the takedown/pivot pins, we created increased access to the safety not found in an ambidextrous lower for right-hand operators. In fact, 338 ARC subsonic rounds (307 grain) deliver 1.5 times the energy than 300 Blackout (208 grain) with a longer effective range.
