SERIAL NUMBER: P9629. BARREL: 18". CALIBER: .303 BRITISH. MANUFACTURED: 1945-46. Made at the Fazakerly arsenal. Legitimate Jungle Carbine. With lightning cuts on the barrel. Import marked on the barrel. NON-matching serials on the stock socket, bolt, magazine and forestock. "0" marked on the bolt head. Original muzzle break, blade front sight and flip up rear ladder. Original blued finish. Oiled wood stock, with original rubber butt pad. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with general wear and mixed brown patina throughout. Some freckling of surface rust on the barrel and receiver. Wood has finish wear, scrapes and scratches. Bore is frosted, with good overall rifling.
