Gebruder Rempt ~ Sidelock ~ 16 Gauge

German made Gebruder Rempt 16 gauge sidelock. The top of both barrels are marked "Gebr. Rempt, Suhl" and the bottoms are marked "Flussstahl Krupp Essen". The barrels are 29.5" with concave wavy checkered solid rib with a front bead sight. The ejectors have been converted to extractor only and both barrels are fixed "Full" chokes. The frame, side plates, trigger guard, top tang, bottom receiver are done in a fine rose and scroll engraving. The receiver also has cocking indicators and an auto safety. The stock set is a two piece checkered gloss walnut with a right-handed pistol grip palm swell, straight comb, splinter forend with Anson release, and a rubber Decelerator recoil pad. Stock measurements (DC - 1 1/2". DH - 2 1/4" with about 1/4" cast for a right-hand person. Overall this gun has had a refinish at some point in its life but remains in good shape.
