Remo ~ Sideplate Boxlock ~ 16 Gauge

Remo was a registered trademark of Gebruder Rempt.,which was in operation In Suhl as Gebruder Rempt, Remo-Gewehrfabrik at least by 1900. Walter Rempt had the reins by 1914 and production ceased sometime near the end of WWII. This example is a very high grade shotgun. The engraving is very good and still presents very well. Previous owner(s) has taken very good care of this shotgun. Barrels may have been refinished in the past. A great looking side by side.
