Nosler Partition 30 Caliber 308 Diameter 180 Grain Semi-Spitzer Protected Point 50 Count

The Nosler Partition 30 caliber, 180 grain semi-spitzer protected point is a reloading bullet intended for hunting. It is sold as a component for handloaders rather than as finished ammunition, so it must be assembled into cartridges before use. The bullet is built around a partition design, with a fully tapered jacket that opens at the thin mouth while the thicker section toward the base controls expansion, so the jacket curls outward into a mushroom at both high and low impact velocities.

The integral partition separates the front and rear sections and keeps the rear lead alloy core intact. The enclosed rear core retains more than half of the original bullet weight to support deep penetration on game. A special crimp locks the rear core in place, adding strength to resist deformation under the pressure of heavy magnum loads. The bullet is supplied in a box of 50 and is chambered for 308 Winchester.
