Noveske Pig Pen Short Flash Hider 5.56 1/2x28 Nitride

Noveske Pig Pen Features The Noveske Pig Pen Flash Hider is machined from 4140 QT steel a heat-treated alloy selected for its strength and ability to withstand the extreme temperatures generated at the muzzle during sustained firing. Finished in a durable black nitride coating the Pig Pen resists corrosion and wear far better than a standard phosphate finish keeping the device functional through years of hard use. Built with a 1/2x28 thread pitch the flash hider installs directly onto the vast majority of 5.56 NATO chambered AR pattern rifles without requiring a thread adapter. This short variant measures 1.93 inches in length keeping the overall rifle profile compact for maneuverability in tight spaces. What sets the Pig Pen apart from a standard flash hider is its compatibility with 1x16 left-hand thread quick-detach suppressors allowing shooters to add a suppressor to their setup without swapping the muzzle device first. Noveske includes timing shims with the flash hider to ensure proper alignment when the device is torqued down onto the barrel a detail that matters both for flash suppression performance and for correct suppressor indexing. The combination of durable steel construction and suppressor-ready threading makes this flash hider a practical long-term investment for an evolving AR build. For shooters who want a genuinely rugged flash hider with a clear path to suppressor compatibility the Noveske Pig Pen delivers both now and down the road.
