The ASEK is used by the Air Warrior Program and other branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. The knife features a partially serrated 1095 carbon steel blade with a zinc phosphate coating to inhibit rust. The spine of the blade features sawteeth and the butt of the knife is sturdy enough to be used as a hammer. The ASEK includes a nylon sheath with a protective Kydex insert and 2 leg straps.
