Description
The Otis Star Chamber cleaning tool is a gunsmith tool designed to clean the chamber area of an AR-15 style rifle chambered in 5.56mm. It uses a parkerized steel scraper to loosen fouling buildup and felt cleaning pads to pick up the loosened residue.
A coated brass nose piece centers the tool in the chamber so the scraper works evenly and is intended not to scratch or damage the firearm. The tool has 8-32 threads, which allow a chamber brush or other scraper components to be attached for additional cleaning. It is rated for 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO chambers.
The package includes 6 cleaning patches.
