Description
The Otis Pierce Point Jag is a brass cleaning jag designed to attach to an 8-32 threaded cleaning rod and carry patches through the bore of a firearm. Its pointed tip is intended to help guide patches and cleaning media through the barrel.
The jag is listed as fitting bores from .22 to .243 caliber and uses an 8-32 thread pitch. It is made of brass, a material that is generally gentler on bore surfaces than harder steel tools.
Compatibility is limited to 8-32 threaded cleaning rods. Use it with the bore size range stated above for the intended application.
