The anchor knot is a classically simple one to enable you to hold on to a rope or similar material. Once you have the anchor knot you can use the knife to secure the rope. To get unstuck simply re-seal the knot. With this simple knot you can close the knife and get it re-sealed. This is a much faster process as it provides an obvious visual indicator of the knot being undone. Once opened the blade slides back into the knife and can be easily be re-sealed. This is how our functional anchor knot knife differs from all the others. It is a knife that truly demonstrates the timeless quality of the OTTER-Messer quality that has been passed down from one generation to the next.
