The Pearce Grip Enhanced Baseplate is a black polymer magazine component for Glock 17, 19 and 34 Gen 5 pistols chambered in 9mm Luger. It replaces the factory magazine base plate while keeping the other original magazine parts in place, so the magazine's operation and capacity are unchanged.

The baseplate fills the semi-circular cut-out in the lower front area of the grip body, which is intended to improve comfort in the hand. It is designed for magazines with double notches for the ambidextrous magazine release, which covers Gen 4 and Gen 5 magazines.
