The Pearce Grip Extension is a black plastic magazine base plate that replaces the factory base plate on compatible Springfield Armory Hellcat, Hellcat Pro, Taurus GX4, and GX4 XL magazines chambered in 9mm Luger. It adds roughly 0.75 inch of gripping surface for shooters with larger hands or those seeking a firmer hold on the pistol.
The extension uses a texture pattern similar to the factory frame so the added material blends with the grip. It attaches through the manufacturer's PearceLock mechanism and installs by swapping out the factory base plate. The extension does not alter magazine capacity and is not compatible with the Hellcat Pro's factory 10-round magazines that use extended plastic spacers.
