The 1745 Air Long Cases resistance to physical force is perfectly complimented by its ability to withstand water, dust, and weather. A EPDM O-Ring seal keep the moisture from seeping in, and a Hi-Flow Gore-Tex 3 Micron Hydrophobic Non-Woven automatic purge valve enhances the water resistance even further by equalizing the air pressure inside the case. In terms of security, the 1745 Air Long Case is outfitted with Pelicans signature Press and Pull latches that automatically lock when pressed down, as well as multiple pad lock protectors that have been reinforced with stainless steel.
