Description
The Pelican 1700 Protector Gen 2 is a hard-sided rolling case for scoped rifles, built to protect optics and firearms during transport and storage. Its polypropylene shell is watertight, crushproof and dustproof, and it uses an open cell core with a solid wall design to keep weight down.
The case has a 35.76 inch overall length and a black finish. It includes an automatic pressure equalization valve that balances interior pressure and keeps water out, a silicone O-ring seal, a double-throw latch system, and stainless steel hardware with padlock protectors. Polyurethane wheels with stainless steel bearings and a folding overmolded handle support rolling transport.
The case includes a 3-piece foam set with convoluted lid foam for fitting the rifle and accessories.
