Water resistance is enhanced even further thanks to an automatic Vortex purge valve which employs a combination of Valox Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Xenoy Polyester/Polycarbonate blend, and a Gortex membrane together, this assembly ensures the air pressure on the inside of the case is the same as the air pressure on the outside of the case. Aside from the cases resistance to water, dust, and extreme physical force, the iM2500 Storm Case can easily withstand intense heat and cold thanks to its solid construction.
