Phase 5 PBTCA AR-15 Pistol Buffer Tube Assembly Black Aluminum

The Phase 5 PBTCA is a pistol buffer tube assembly for AR-15 pistols, supplied as a complete bundle. It is intended for builds that use a pistol-length buffer tube in place of a standard carbine tube.

The assembly uses a black anodized aluminum buffer tube with an outside diameter of 1.25 inches and an overall length of 7.4 inches. The lower slot is machined to accept Mil-Spec end plates and sling mounting accessories.

The bundle includes a foam pad made of nitrile rubber, a Mil-Spec end plate, a castle nut, a standard 3 oz carbine buffer, and a Phase 5 enhanced buffer spring. The tube is compatible with Mil-Spec carbine buffers and springs.
