The Phoenix Shooting Bags Medium Ridge Runner is a purpose-built front-of-the-stock rest. It can also be used as a rear bag when shooting with tall bipods and tripods. It has 10" of vertical height, which allows you to shoot up steep inclines. Set the bag flat and you will have 4.5" for your decline shots. Lastly, flip the bag on its side and you will have 7" to 9.5" to adjust for your shot. The straps are meant for a couple of purposes, first, to strap around underneath your scope so the bag is connected to your rifle. Second, tighten or loosen the strap to adjust the amount of fill in the bag for tighter or looser fill depending on the situation. The 1-inch nylon hook straps/PALS webbing can be used to connect an S-loop hook or slotted male or female quick-attach SR buckle.
