The Power Custom Competition Plus Trigger Kit offers quality parts to replace the parts in the factory trigger housings, that allows adjustment for pre-travel, overtravel, and trigger pull weight. (in both the older aluminum model and the newer composite trigger housings including the BX). The parts are drop in with the possibly of fitting the toe of the sear to be sure the safety will slide under the sear when the hammer is in the cocked position.After installation and all function of parts are correct, you can now adjust the trigger overtravel screw with the 1/16" allen wrench. Screw is set in medium thread locker to prevent the screw from turning freely. If the overtravel screw is too tight to rotate with the allen wrench, apply heat to the thread locker until the screw can be rotated. If you set the overtravel to the minimum, the trigger may still function. But, if you pull the trigger hard, it may stick and not return forward. If this happens, give it a little more overtra...
