Pro Mag Industries Taurus TX22 52-Round Drum Magazine .22 LR 52-Rounds

ProMag Taurus TX22 52-Round Drum Features This drum magazine holds a massive 52 rounds of .22 LR more than three times the capacity of a standard 16-round factory magazine keeping shooters on the range longer between reloads. Platform-specific fitment ensures precise lockup and smooth feeding round after round in standard TX22 models and TX22 Competition slides using the standard full-size grip frame though it will not seat properly in shortened compact grip frames. The impact-resistant black polymer body is lightweight and durable standing up to drop impact field use and harsh cleaning solvent exposure. For TX22 owners who want significantly more capacity without added bulk this drum magazine delivers extended trigger time in a durable field-ready package. A high-tension heat-treated steel spring and internal follower feed rimfire rounds consistently through the full 52-round capacity while modern polymer construction and treated internal components eliminate rust and corrosion concerns during outdoor use or long-term storage. ProMag recommends Remington Golden Bullet 36-grain .22LR brass-plated hollow points for optimal feed reliability since the lighter plated projectile profile helps the drum s internal feed geometry cycle cleanly without the residue buildup common with plain lead rounds. Hand loading or a rimfire-specific loading tool works best with care taken to seat each round flush against the rear of the drum spine to prevent rim-overlap failures. For shooters who want reliable feeding across an extended magazine capacity following the recommended ammunition helps the ProMag drum perform as designed.
