Description
The Pro-Shot Spear Tip Jag is a brass cleaning jag for handgun bores. Its spear-shaped tip holds a patch in place while it is pushed through the barrel, so the patch stays centered and covers the full bore during cleaning.
This jag is sized for .38/.357/9mm bores and uses an #8-32 thread. It measures 1.75 inches overall and is made of brass, a softer metal chosen to help protect the rifling from damage during cleaning.
Use it with a cleaning rod that has an #8-32 thread end and with patches sized for the bore diameter. The jag is listed for use with 38 Special, 357 Magnum and 9mm Luger calibers.
