Description
The Pro-Shot Spec-Ops Coated Rod is a cleaning kit for the AR-15 platform, designed for .223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO bores. The kit is sold as a bundle and uses a coyote color finish.
The rods are made from American-made steel that is manufactured straight. According to the product description, the steel is micro-polished during manufacturing and then given a second coating intended to resist heat and chemicals and to reduce fouling pickup and embedding on the rod surface.
The bundle includes a coyote tactical pouch and six coyote coated rod sections. Refer to the included components listing for the full contents of the kit.
