ProMag 1911 9mm 30-Round Drum Magazine Black

Pro Mag Industries 1911 Drum Magazine Features The ProMag Magazine for 1911 is built around a drum style body that holds a full 30 rounds of 9mm giving a 1911 pattern pistol a dramatic capacity boost over a standard single stack magazine. The drum design distributes ammunition around a rotating internal mechanism rather than stacking it in a single column which is how it reaches 30 rounds in a housing that still rides naturally in a 1911 grip frame. That extended round count means fewer reloads during an extended range session a timed competition stage or a defensive encounter where capacity matters. ProMag engineered this drum specifically to fit the 1911 platform so shooters get the added capacity without changing pistols or magazine wells. The magazine body is molded from DuPont Zytel polymer a glass reinforced nylon known for its impact resistance and dimensional stability so the drum holds its shape and function even after repeated drops or rough handling. The black finish matches the vast majority of 1911 pistols on the market keeping the magazine visually consistent with the firearm it feeds. Because it is purpose built for the 1911 pattern feeding geometry and magazine catch engagement are designed around that platform from the start. This ProMag drum magazine gives 1911 owners a durable high round count option that is well suited to range training competitive shooting and serious defensive use alike.
