Proof Research PR15 223 Wylde 14.5" Threaded Stainless AR-15 Barrel 7 Twist

Proof Research AR-15 Barrel Features The Proof Research Barrel is machined from stainless steel and chambered in .223 Wylde a chambering that safely handles both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition for maximum versatility on the range or in the field. A 1:7 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights from lighter varmint loads up through heavier match bullets favored for precision shooting. The mid-length gas system configuration is built into the barrel s design giving builders a proven smooth-cycling gas system length for their AR-15 build. Five-groove rifling provides consistent bullet engagement for repeatable accuracy shot after shot. At 14.5 inches in length and 0.750 inches in diameter the barrel keeps a standard profile that balances weight and rigidity for general-purpose AR-15 builds. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts a wide range of aftermarket brakes compensators and suppressors giving builders flexibility in how they configure the end of the barrel. Proof Research is known for producing precision barrels suited to accuracy-focused shooters and this stainless steel offering continues that reputation in an AR-15 platform. The Proof Research Barrel is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for builders who want a reliable accurate stainless barrel for their AR-15.
