Proof Research Elevation 2.0 22 Creedmoor 18" Left Hand Bolt Action Rifle

Proof Research Elevation 2.0 Features The Proof Research Elevation 2.0 uses a carbon fiber wrapped match-grade barrel to shave weight while keeping the stiffness needed for tight groups and its 1-in-8 twist rate is matched to stabilize the flat-shooting high-BC projectiles that suit .22 Creedmoor. The stainless steel action resists the elements and cycles smoothly giving the rifle a durable core for repeated field use and a dependable lockup shot after shot. A 5/8x24 threaded muzzle cut left-hand lets the shooter add a suppressor or brake straight out of the box without sending the barrel out for gunsmithing work. At an 18 inch barrel length the rifle stays maneuverable in tight cover and vehicles without giving up meaningful velocity from the .22 Creedmoor case. The Midnight Camo carbon fiber stock gives the rifle a distinct purposeful look while keeping total weight down to 5 pounds 14 ounces making it easy to carry on long stalks or pack into a blind for an entire day afield. The 3+1 capacity keeps the action trim while still allowing a fast follow-up shot when it counts on game or at the range. Shipping weight of roughly 10.55 pounds reflects secure packaging rather than added bulk on the rifle itself so the rifle in hand still carries like the lightweight platform it is built to be. The carbon fiber construction throughout the barrel and stock also helps the rifle resist the dings and wear that a traditional wood or aluminum build would show over seasons of hard use. For left-handed hunters who want a lightweight distinctively finished rifle built for close to mid-range work the Elevation 2.0 delivers a purpose-built package that is ready to hunt or shoot precision matches right out of the case.
