Because the bushing only sizes the neck rather than the full case body it keeps brass working to a minimum which extends case life across repeated firings. A titanium nitride coated expander smooths the case extraction process and reduces brass buildup on the expander itself both of which help limit stretch on the case neck. Each die is made from case hardened steel with precision drilled and reamed interior surfaces hand polished for a fine finish that protects brass during sizing.
