The RCBS UPM-3 Competition Powder Measure combines the proven Uniflow Powder Measure with a powder baffle and Micrometer Adjustment Screw for even more precise measurements. The powder baffle controls the powder flow and the pressure of the powder column on the metering unit, while the Micrometer Adjustment Screw allows for precise adjustments to the metered charge. This also allows reloaders to record the number for future reference.The handle can be positioned on either the right or left side, depending on your preference.
