Description
The Real Avid Bore-Max Speed Jags and Patches Multi-Caliber Pack is a bore cleaning kit for handguns and rifles, sold as a single bundle. It includes ten nickel-plated jags sized for calibers from .22 to .45 for handguns and from .22/.223 to .30/7.62mm for rifles, including 22 LR, 9mm Luger, 38 Special, 357 Magnum, 40 S&W, 45 ACP, 223 Remington, 308 Winchester, 30-06 Springfield and 7.62x39mm.
The jags are paired with Speed Jag Patches made from micro-pore fibers, which the manufacturer describes as absorbent and textured to grab fouling. The patches are designed to conform to the jag rather than bunch, which supports deeper bore contact during cleaning. The raw description says the patches can provide up to 4x more bore contact.
