Redding Reloading 300 H & H Magnum Trim Die. Used in conjunction with a Redding Resize Press the Trim Dies offer the reloader the ability to trim cases without damaging the chamber or the shoulder. In some cases the case mouth will be damaged e.g. when resizing too long or oversized cartridges. Again the case mouth must be opened. With this in mind the reloader must ensure that the case mouth is properly closed before attempting to resize the case. An improperly closed die can damage a cartridge and cause handguns to misfire.
