Redding Reloading Equipment has once again introduced a new die set based on customer feedback, continuing its commitment to innovation. Over the past few years, Redding has developed several new sets such as the National Match, Master Hunter and Premium series, all created in response to evolving trends and the specific requests of handloaders. The latest offering, the Redding type S Elite die set, is a direct result of this ongoing dialogue with the customer base and is available for 85 different cartridges, ensuring a wide range of reloaders can benefit from its advanced features. The type S Elite die set includes the type S Bushing Full Die, type S Bushing Neck Die and the renowned Redding Competition Seating Die. All type S dies feature an interchangeable bushing system that allows precise control over neck diameter and tension, with adjustments as fine as 0.001 inches. These bushings are available in hardened steel for durability and also come with a Titanium Nitride (TIN) coating for enhanced lubricity, allowing for smoother operation and reduced friction. This design gives the handloader complete control when setting the appropriate neck tension, ensuring the brass is not overworked in the case neck, thus preserving its longevity.
