Following the success of previous sets like the National Match, Master Hunter and Premium series, Redding responds to the evolving needs of the reloading community with this new offering. The type S Elite die set is available for 85 different cartridges, designed to provide handloaders with superior precision and control. This die set includes a type S Bushing Full Die, a type S Bushing Neck Die and the highly regarded Redding Competition Seating Die. The hallmark of these dies is the interchangeable bushing system, which allows handloaders to control neck diameter and tension to increments as fine as 0.001 inches. Comes in both hardened steel and a Titanium Nitride (TIN) coating, the bushings provide enhanced lubricity, reducing friction and ensuring smoother operation. This precise control allows the handloader to set the perfect neck tension, eliminating the risk of overworking the brass in the case neck. Additionally, the free-floating bushings self-center on the case neck for improved sizing accuracy.
