The nerve is located between the two tendons on the underside of the wrist two finger widths from the first crease in the wrist. After locating the nerve clean the area and apply a small drop of gel. Spread the gel in a circle about the size of a large coin with an even sheen. For best results reapply every2 to3 hours or when nerve stimulation decreases.
