This Remington Fieldmaster shoots 2-3/4" and 3" shells, and it has a drilled and tapped receiver crafted from a solid billet of steel for ultimate strength. A Fieldmaster satin blue finish on the barrel and receiver looks great and protects against corrosion. Updated twin-action bars prevent twisting or binding, which improves strength, overall reliability, and they deliver the smoothest cycle operation possible. 12-gauge models come with an adjustable face comb insert, which is interchangeable with 870 Side Folder and Versa Max stocks, and the 20-gauge compact model comes with a length-of-pull kit.
