Remington 700 Rifle, 22.25″ Barrel

The Remington Model 700 is universally recognized as the most popular bolt-action rifle design in history. Shilen Rifles is legendary for hand-lapped, highly consistent custom bores. At 22.25 inches, it is short enough to maintain incredible rigidity (reducing barrel whip and harmonic variance) while still providing plenty of runway to cleanly burn powder and squeeze maximum velocity out of high-power varmint or precision cartridges. The Jewell HVT Trigger is widely regarded by benchrest shooters as the gold standard for crispness, the Jewell HVT/HVR Trigger Module breaks like glass. It is entirely adjustable down to ounces, ensuring your finger movement doesn't disturb your crosshair alignment right as the shot breaks.
