Remington Model 1903-A3 30-06 Springfield 23.5" Bolt-Action Rifle

The Remington Model 1903-A3 (03-A3) chambered in .30-06 Springfield featuring a 23.5" to 24" barrel is a legendary, standard-issue military bolt-action rifle used by the United States during World War II. Standardized in May 1942, the 03-A3 was a heavily modified version of the original World War I-era M1903 Springfield. Remington Arms re-engineered the design to drastically speed up wartime production by replacing complex milled parts with stamped steel and adding a vastly superior aperture peep sight to the rear of the receiver.
