Description
The Reptilia ROF-90 is a side-mount base that attaches a non-magnified red dot optic, such as an Aimpoint ACRO P1 or P2 or a Steiner MPS, to a 34mm Geissele Super Precision mount at a 90 degree position. It is intended to give a close-range sight alongside a magnified scope, allowing quick target engagement and passive aiming with night vision.
The base is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a Type III hardcoat anodized coating in Flat Dark Earth. Its 90 degree orientation places the optic at the 12:00 position, close to the host scope's centerline while keeping clearance so the sight picture is not obstructed.
The ROF-90 is designed as a drop-in replacement for the Reptilia AUS Mount or Geissele Super Precision magnified optic mounts, and it is made in the USA.
