New York Legal AK Rifle. This rifle is made for Atlantic Firearms by Riley Defense is their Classic Laminate Wood stock version of the AK-47 rifle in semi automatic. These rifles are NY Safe Act legal because they do not have Bayonet lugs, Threaded barrels and there is no pistol grip. The pistol grip is replaced by a Spur Grip as shown in the pics(Style of Spur grip may vary from picture). Chambered in 7.62x39 caliber, each of the rifles is custom hand built and finished and the attention to detail is excellent. Each rifle comes with scope mount rail on the left side of the receiver, an extended mag release, and a bolt hold open safety. Comes with 1-10 rd magazine. It measures 35.25” in overall length. Rifle carries a 2 year warranty from Riley Defense.
