Description
The RISE Armament RA-905 is a 15-inch freefloat handguard for AR-15 rifles, designed to replace the factory handguard on a build and provide a mounting surface for accessories. It uses M-LOK slots for attaching lights, grips, and other accessories, and includes a short Picatinny rail section on top for mounting a front sight.
The handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and finished in MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 2 hard anodized black. It has a slim mid section, anti-rotation and anti-slip features, and six quick-detach mounting points. The overall length is 15 inches and the weight is 10 ounces. It is made in the USA.
The package includes a steel barrel nut and mounting hardware. The handguard is designed for an easy slip-on installation on AR-15 mil-spec platforms.
