Description
The Ruger American Gen 2 Comb Riser Kit is a black polymer replacement comb set for the Ruger American Rifle Gen II. It raises the comb height so the shooter's eye sits directly behind the sight, which helps with sight alignment and with mid-power magnified optics.
The kit includes two comb pieces: one adds 5/8 inch to the comb height and the other adds 3/4 inch. The rifle ships with the low comb installed, which adds 1/2 inch. Swapping combs requires loosening the recoil pad assembly and sliding the comb off. A 1/8 inch hex wrench or similar tool is needed to loosen the rear swivel stud.
The kit is designed for the Ruger American Gen 2 rifle and is listed for the Ruger 10/22 platform.
