The Max-9 is striker fired and features a short trigger pull with a clean crisp break. The trigger is housed in a precision-machined fire control chassis. A glass-filled nylon grip module saves weight and features comfortable grip texture.The slide is hardened alloy steel and is equipped with a fiber optic front sight and drift-adjustable rear sight. The Max-9 keeps safety a priority with the right-handed thumb safety, a bladed-trigger safety, a magazine safety disconnect, a loaded chamber indicator, and an internal striker blocker. The magazine release is reversible.
