The Ruger New Bearcat is a compact, six-shot, single-action rimfire revolver chambered in .22 Long Rifle. Introduced in its modern iteration in 1993, it updates the original 1958 Bearcat design with a robust steel or stainless steel frame and a modern transfer bar safety.
