Description
The Ruger Security-Six (Model RDA-36) is a legendary double-action revolver manufactured in 1977, featuring a deep blued steel finish and a commanding 6-inch barrel. Chambered in .357 Magnum (and fully compatible with .38 Special), this six-shot wheel gun is built on Ruger's celebrated "New Frame" geometry, which features a solid, sideplate free design renowned for its rugged, tank-like durability. It comes equipped with a fully adjustable rear target sight, a ramped front sight, and sporting checkered walnut target grips adorned with the iconic silver Ruger medallion. Celebrated by collectors and shooters alike, this specific configuration balances excellent long-range accuracy and a crisp single-action trigger pull with a timeless mid-century law enforcement aesthetic. The condition is very good. The bore is bright with sharp rifling. A cylinder line and carbon rings are present. There is a tiny bit of frost on the hammer. The lock-up is rock solid. Operates normally. It comes as pictured with no extras.
