The Ruger SFAR Semi-Auto Rifle with Magpul PRS Lite Stock is a small-frame rifle that nearly matches the size of a traditional 5.56 NATO AR-15. The receivers are constructed of 7075-T6 aluminum forging. A flared magwell allows for faster magazine transitions. Venting holes are found in the upper receiver, bolt carrier, and barrel extension to redirect gases away from the user. This long-range capable rifle features a heavy profile 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel that is cold hammer forged and finished inside with 5R rifling. The Ruger 2-port Boomer muzzle brake is attached to the 5/8"-24 threads and aids in reducing recoil. A 15" aluminum handguard is free-floated and features MLOK slots for attachments and QD sling attachment points on each side designed for use with a 2-point sling. A Magpul PRS stock is lightweight and offers adjustability for a comfortable shooting experience. A Magpul MOE-K2 pistol grip offers excellent ergonomics and control paired with a Ruger Elite 452 trigger, which offers a clean 4.5-lb 2-stage pull. The rifle-length gas system offers a reduction in recoil by slowing down movement of the CNC-machined, high-strength super allow steel bolt. Includes 1 Magpul PMAG.
