Russian state-manufactured SKS-45 rifles, produced primarily at the Tula Arsenal and Izhevsk Mechanical Plant 1949 and 1955, are highly regarded semi-automatic carbines. They feature a 20-in barrel, a solid wood stock, and a fixed 10-round magazine.
