Description
The Safariland SPECIES is an inside-waistband holster for right-handed carry of the Smith & Wesson Shield Plus chambered in 9mm Luger. It carries the pistol inside the waistband with a low-profile profile intended to reduce printing under clothing.
The holster has a Cordura finish in black Multi-Cam, made from SafariLaminate, with a suede-lined interior intended to protect the firearm's finish. An adjustable tension device lets the user set retention and draw feel. It is sized for a 3.1-inch barrel and attaches with a belt clip for use with 1.5-inch belts.
The holster is designed specifically for the S&W Shield Plus and is not intended for other models.
