Sako ~ AV ~ .30-06 Springfield

The Sako AV is a high-end bolt-action rifle manufactured by Sako of Finland from 1978 to 1992. It was designed to handle magnum-length cartridges while maintaining Sako's legendary build quality. The AV features a controlled-round feed action with a Sako-style claw extractor. It uses a hinged floorplate magazine and a crisp adjustable trigger. The AV is considered one of the finest production bolt-action rifles ever made. This example is still in good shape and shows normal use. It would make a nice hunting rifle.
