Sako TRG 22/42 Bipod Phosphate Black 8-13 in

Sako TRG 22/42 Bipod Features The Sako TRG 22/42 Bipod positions the barrel below the pivot point rather than directly in line with it a design choice that reduces the influence of bipod loading on barrel harmonics and helps keep shot placement consistent. Serrated feet bite into dirt rock and uneven ground giving the rifle a stable firing platform even when a perfectly flat rest is not available. This stability matters most at the longer ranges the TRG platform is built to reach where even small amounts of rifle movement translate into real impact on target. Steel construction throughout keeps the bipod rigid under the loads of repeated precision shooting. Rear folding feet let the bipod collapse for transport and storage then deploy quickly when it is time to set up for a shot. The black phosphate finish provides corrosion resistance for a bipod that spends time in the elements on hunts and at the range alike. Because this bipod is purpose-built for the TRG 22 and TRG 42 it mounts and functions as an integrated part of the rifle system rather than a generic aftermarket accessory. For sale at ARMSAGORA the Sako TRG 22/42 Bipod is a direct match for shooters running the TRG platform.
