Savage Axis/Axis II 6mm ARC 4-Round Magazine

Savage Axis/Axis II Magazine Features The Savage Arms factory magazine is built specifically for the Axis and Axis II rifle platforms chambered in 6mm ARC giving owners a direct factory match rather than an aftermarket guess. A 4-round capacity matches the factory configuration most Axis and Axis II rifles ship with keeping reload intervals consistent with what the shooter already expects from the rifle. Because it is manufactured to Savage s own specifications the magazine drops into the factory magazine well without the fitting or trimming sometimes needed with aftermarket options. The matte black finish matches the factory hardware on most Axis and Axis II rifles keeping the overall look consistent. This magazine does not fit Axis II Precision variants so Axis II Precision owners should look for a magazine specifically designed for that model instead. For standard Axis and Axis II owners having a factory-correct spare magazine on hand means less downtime at the range if a magazine is lost damaged or simply needed as a backup. Reliable feeding is especially important in 6mm ARC where cartridge dimensions can be less forgiving than more common rifle calibers in an aftermarket magazine body. A dependable factory-matched magazine like this one is a straightforward way for Axis and Axis II owners to keep their rifle running as intended.
